If you prefer a name brand product, please list it.

It is always fun to know where a recipe came from (Aunt Mary, Grandma, or maybe it is your own original recipe.). If you are submitting a recipe that has already been published in a cookbook or magazine, please let us know so we can give them credit as well. You may also submit your recipe anonymously if you wish. Any other comments about your recipe are welcome. Let us know what you would serve with the dish. It is so hard to think about menu’s when you just want to get to BINGO.
Here is a sample recipe from the “Gotta Get to BINGO” cookbook by Brandie Bushwitz:”

Early Bird Special Mushroom Potatoes

7 medium potatoes
1 medium onion, peeled and thinly sliced
4 cloves garlic thinly sliced
2 green onions sliced
1 can (8 ounces) chopped mushroom pieces drained
¼ cup all-purpose flour
2 tsp. salt
½ tsp. pepper
¼ cup butter, cubed
1 can (10 ¾ oz.) Campbell's Cream of Mushroom Soup, undiluted
1 cup (4 ounces) shredded Colby-Monterey Jack cheese

Get up a little early on BINGO day and in a slow cooker, layer half of the potatoes, onion, garlic, green onion, mushrooms, flour, salt, pepper, and butter. Repeat layers. Pour the Campell's Cream of Mushroom Soup over the top. Cover and cook on LOW for 6 to 8 hours until the potatoes are tender. During that time, go get your hair done, maybe get a manicure. When you get home, sprinkle with the cheese and let cook another 30 minutes. Serve with a broiled chicken breast or steak and a salad. Fast…easy…and don’t be surprised if your husband gives you a few extra BINGO bucks.
